I want to start off by saying I never want to be someone who takes predictable, boring photos. So I ask myself after every photo shoot is this shoot not only better than the last, but is this photo worth hanging on the wall of a museum or in your wedding photo album? If so, then I feel complete. I’m always looking to create timeless images that are not only different than all the rest ,but tell a story with one photo. Now about me and how I got here. I have been a professional Photographer since 1996 started by cutting my teeth on Model portfolios. Learning at Vogue of Lexington for 2 inspiring years. Then spending 12 years working as a Photographer for a successful record label. While there working with many of the top artist in the industry. After enjoying the excitement of the record industry and learning from the best. Taking what I have learned over the years and now making the best images that I can be proud of and you will treasure for years to come.

A triple threat. An artist, photographer, and videographer, he first cut his teeth working for production companies in LA, including stage managing for That 70s Show, The Bill Engvall Show, National Banana to name a few. Now back in Lexington, he combines these experiences with an artistic eye at Christopher Michael Images, where he brings his expertise in Photography and Video Production to give his customers an unbelievable experience and assembles video footage, photographs, and graphics for a range of productions. Beyond that, he even dresses up walls in playful murals that feature sports images and animal motifs for kids' rooms.

I started with CMI as a second shooter a few years ago and I was honored when they asked me to partner with them. I have been a photographer enthusiast ever since I was a kid, taking random photos with my parent's Pentax K1000 and their Polaroid. My daughters have embraced my love for polaroids as well and if they haven't used all the film I bring my polaroid with me on wedding days. My photography started with shelter pets for local rescues across Ky, while I was a Veterinary Tech. I have since discovered a passion for people and capturing the moments that are special to them. To me capturing those moments to make them timeless is what I live for as a photographer. Just like Chris and Mike I strive to capture my clients personalities in every photo.
